Online booking is available for the following treatments: Acupuncture Moxibustion Cupping Therapy Gua Sha For Massage appointments, please contact us by WhatsApp or SMS at +31 (0)6 1306 8891. 3. All treatments are by appointment only. 4. Our regular opening hours are shown on this website. Appointments outside these hours may also be available, from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an appointment. Cancellation Policy 1. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 2. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. 3. If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice ("no-show"), 100% of the treatment fee will be charged. Patients Under 16 Years of Age Patients under the age of 16 years must have the consent of both parents or legal guardians before treatment. A signed consent form may be requested prior to the first appointment. Accessibility Our clinic is wheelchair accessible, and we warmly welcome patients who use wheelchairs. 21% or 0% VAT (BTW)

Acupuncture treatments are exempt from VAT (Voor acupunctuur diensten is BTW vrijgesteld). Massage services and courses include 21% VAT (Voor diensten van massage en opleiding is 21% BTW vastgesteld).

Cost Refund Information

1. Acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, and gua sha are part of a complete Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment package and are classified under Alternative Medicine in the Netherlands. Many Dutch insurance companies offer partial or full reimbursement for acupuncture treatments. Please check with your insurance provider for details. 2. You can combine acupuncture, gua sha, and cupping treatments as part of a comprehensive acupuncture session. 3. Please note that massage services and training are not reimbursed by insurance companies. Payment Methods
