> Clients are received at the home-based practice from Monday to Friday.

> Each individual acupuncture or moxibustion session lasts approximately 70–80 minutes and combines treatment with a personalized consultation.

> After the acupuncture needles are inserted, clients rest comfortably for a minimum of 30 minutes on each treatment side to allow the therapy to take full effect. Depending on the treatment plan, a complete session may include both front and back body treatments.

> When appropriate, the practitioner will also guide clients through a short meditation or relaxation exercise to help calm down the mind, release physical tension, and enhance the overall therapeutic benefits of the session.

> Individual cupping or gua sha session takes 50 minutes in a conversational and treating format.

> Individual Chinese body & foot reflexology massage takes 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes or longer.

> Clients' privacy is well protected. They are ensured that they feel safe during their visits.
